There is a saying in the boating world that “the happiest days of your life is the day you buy your boat and the day you sell your boat”. We want to make you very happy.
In these tough economic times, the boating industry has taken a huge hit, and prices are upside down. Many sellers just need to get out from under their boats. We feel that we have the best options to offer our clients:
- A sliding scale commission rate based on who actually sells the boat. (Long Term Listings)
- Auction services (Short Term, in as little as 2 weeks)
- Donations (Same as auctions, but may be able to realize more value you to you in the long term)
We also offer consulting, cleaning and repair services to get the most money for your boat. All our listings are co-brokered so that you get maximum exposure. We are not a discount brokerage, thereby ensuring that other brokerages will show your boat as well.
Buying your boat is much the same as buying a house, there are several important items that should not be overlooked such as, negotiations, escrow accounts for deposits, surveys, title searches, delivery, registrations and documentation. We handle all the paperwork to make sure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
We work in the marine industry, we follow and abide by a strict code of ethics and will fight on your behalf against any unscrupulous business practices. We maintain many contacts for shipping, delivery services, fiberglass work, engine tune-ups and repairs. We also know lots of people who want to sell and who want to buy.
How may we help you?
